Unfortunately Jupiter has over 60 known moons. Still, not many have much of an atmosphere.

The 4 biggest moons have very thin atmospheres. The details:

Callisto : carbon dioxide.

Io : sulfur dioxide

Europa and Ganymede : mainly oxygen.

Remember these are very thin atmospheres.
