The West Pole is located on the 98th Meridian in Bee Cave, Texas.

The Armadillo Day celebration (similar to Groundhog day) takes place there every Feb. 2nd.

There are no such east and west poles. But you can think of the equator crossing the 0 degrees meridian and the equator crossing of the 180 degrees meridian.

Neither. The South Pole is at 90 degrees S latitude. The North Pole is at 90 degrees N latitude. All lines of longitude converge at both poles.
