The West Pole is located on the 98th Meridian in Bee Cave, Texas.
The Armadillo Day celebration (similar to Groundhog day) takes place there every Feb. 2nd.

∙ 15y agoThere are no such east and west poles. But you can think of the equator crossing the 0 degrees meridian and the equator crossing of the 180 degrees meridian.

∙ 15y agoNeither. The South Pole is at 90 degrees S latitude. The North Pole is at 90 degrees N latitude. All lines of longitude converge at both poles.
