In perfect conditions - without any light pollution and a dark sky, Uranus is visible with the naked eye
Uranus can be seen with the naked eye, but you will need perfect conditions and no light pollution.

Jupiter is the largest planet to be seen with an unaided eye.

Mercury, Venus, Mars and Saturn can also be seen with the unaided eye.

Saturn is generally the furthest one you can see without the unaided eye, but with a very clear sky and good eyes it may be possible to see Uranus - you'll also have to know exactly where to look. Neptune is too dim, but may be seen with a pair of good binoculars.

One of the furthest yet easily visible is Deneb in the constellation Cygnus (the Swan) it is also the brightest star in that constellation. Estimates of Deneb's distance from our Solar system vary widely from 1200 light years to over 3000 light years due to various difficulties.

Uranus. Neptune is just a little too dim to be seen without binoculars or a telescope, but you can see Uranus if you know where to look.
