Im not sure though but from what i know. the sun is responsible for the production of vitamin D in our body. Most of the foods that we consumed are vitamin D precursor. Meaning it is inactive. But the vitamin D can only be active if we are exposed to the sun.
In addition. . . from what i read in one of the website(cant remember what the website was.). . it stated that "the healing rays of natural sunlight cannot penetrate through glass (e.g car's window) so not Vitamin D regenerated" . . this is a situation when you are in your car driving. .
I hope this could help you a bit. . 8 least you get an idea from what im saying here.
The sun gives us light, it makes our plants grow, it gives us warmth and it gives us energy.

The sun provides essential vitamin D, which is important for overall health. However, overexposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays can lead to skin damage, premature aging, and an increased risk of skin cancer. It's important to strike a balance between getting enough sun exposure for vitamin D production and protecting your skin from harmful UV rays.
No. It would be impossible. The moon doesn't matter that much but the sun does. The sun is what keeps plants alive which gives us oxygen. The sun also gives us warmth and keeps us from freezing to death. I hope this helps. Give me a trust point please if it does!
