A new Earth like planet Kepler 22-b was discovered in 2009 but only recently confirmed as a planet.
Its made big news as it is thought to be around 2.4 times the size to Earth and orbits a star that is similar to our own star (the sun) around 600 light years away. More importantly though, it is in the habitable zone, orbiting just the right distance from its star to allow for water to occur in liquid form - essential for life as we know it.
There is a lot that we don't know about it as it is so far away, we don't even know what its atmosphere is like or even if it has one, which is also essential to life.
NASA is constantly searching for new planets beyond our solar system through various missions like the TESS and Kepler telescopes. They have discovered thousands of exoplanets so far, but have not announced the discovery of a new planet in our solar system.
Yes, new exoplanets are discovered regularly by scientists. Some recent discoveries include TOI-178b, GJ 367b, and LTT 9779b. Each of these planets have unique characteristics and are located in different parts of the galaxy.
Pluto was discovered in 1930. At the time it was considered to be a planet, but it is now considered a dwarf planet.
Pluto was discovered by the American Clyde W. Tombaugh, but it is no longer a planet.
The first planet discovered besides Earth is Uranus. It was discovered by William Herschel in 1781.
Titan is not a planet; it is a moon of Saturn. It was discovered by Christiaan Huygens in 1655.

The new planet that was discovered with water is around 110 light-years away from Earth.
well back of Pluto there is a planet but they are still learning about it.
the teacher who discovered the newest planet was Mrs. Munez living in paknaan new york city
As of my last update, astronomers have not discovered a new planet in our solar system. However, new exoplanets outside our solar system are routinely being discovered using various observational techniques.
No new planets have been discovered in our Solar System since 1930 when Pluto was discovered - now demoted to a dwarf planet. See related question for details and links of all the new exoplanets found.
Doppler spectroscopy is one method ; below are several links to information regarding how new planets are discovered or inferred .
yes there is many stars and they can be discovered
