In the Apollo 13 mission, too much carbon dioxide built up in the spacecraft due to a malfunctioning air filtration system. This posed a serious threat to the crew's health by reducing the oxygen levels and causing potential asphyxiation. The crew had to improvise and create a makeshift device to scrub the carbon dioxide from the air to ensure their survival.
No one says the line "Houston, we have a problem" in real life. John Swigert said "Houston, we've had a problem" But in the film Apollo 13, the producers changed the line to "Houston, we have a problem". Another reason not to believe too much in Hollywood movies.
Apollo did not marry.
None have ever been outside low earth orbit. The moon is too far
The first major problem occured before the flight; the Command Module (Ken Mattingly) pilot was grounded by flight doctors after being exposed to German Measles; Mattingly was not immune and it was considered too risky for him to fly. Mattingly was replaced by John Swigert. The most serious problem, of course, was the explosion of a fuel cell oxygen tank which made the service module too risky to use for the remainder of the mission.
One weakness of Apollo is his tendency to be prideful and arrogant, which can lead to conflicts with other gods and mortals. Additionally, Apollo can sometimes be impulsive, leading to hasty decisions that may have negative consequences.
It is a HUGE deal to have too much co2 in the Lunar Module, because co2 is carbon dioxide. All organisms -except plants- breath oxygen. If you have too much carbon dioxide, and not enough air, you will suffocate to death!
The problem is that we litter and put too much co2 into our air and that all the animals in the arctic might die.

Too much !
with too much co2 from cars etc.
When you have too much CO2, you start hyperventilating. What too much CO2 does is that it makes more acid in your blood. This problem is called acidosis. So your blood basically becomes too acidic, which leads to your body needing to remove this CO2 that is causing this.
Part of the problem with global warming is the greenhouse effect, which has to do with there being too much CO2 in the atmosphere. Trees absorbCO2, so there is less of it.
Too much CO2 makes the Earth warm up. On Venus the atmosphere is 93% CO2 and the temperature is 400-500 degrees.

Carbon dioxide (CO2): We produce too much CO2 by burning fossil fuels (coal to make electricity, and oil for heating and transport.Methane (CH4): We produce too much CH4 by raising cattle. Cattle belching and manure release the gas, twenty-one times more powerful than CO2.

Signs of too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in plants include stunted growth, yellowing or browning of leaves, and reduced fruit or flower production. This can be identified through visual inspection of the plant's overall health and growth patterns, as well as by measuring the levels of CO2 in the surrounding environment using a CO2 monitor.
