there isn't a way to obtain dusknoir through wondermail but u can get a duskull evolve him into dusclops then trade dusclops with a reaper cloth (repaer thing..) and when traded will evolve into dusknoir!

Hes a villin in the main story so you will not be able to obtain the Pokemon until you beat the 1st mail story and the 2nd main story. Then you must find a Duskclops. Use a Reaper Cloth to evovle it at Luminous Springs. its extremly powerful so i recommed using it ALOT.
