It's most probably Venus. As it orbits the sun closer than earth it either follows or precedes the sun, and as such it is visible either before or after sunrise or sunset, not in the middle of the night (like the outer planets).
Mercury and most notably Venus, are always seen close to sunrise or sunset, due to their proximity to the Sun. As Mercury is closer to the Sun, it is a lot harder to see, so Venus is the one that is most commonly seen. On other occasions it is possible to see the other planets near sunrise or sunset.
Because Earth is outside the orbits of Mercury and Venus, they can only appear in the sky fairly close to the Sun. Only planets beyond (outside) the orbit of Earth could appear more than 90 degrees away from it in the sky. Hence these planets would be difficult to see (since Sunlight scatters so much during the day).. except around dusk or dawn - the better of the two determined by latitude and time of year.
Venus acquired the name "morning star" from this phenomenon; but with a bit of training Mercury can also be recognized.
It's Venus but not all the time. It will be there next year, in April/May.
Either venus or mars, or maybe jupiter?
Venus
The planet Venus. It is often the third brightest object in the sky after the sun and moon. It is referred to as the morning or evening star (though its not a star).
The third brightest natural object in the sky is Venus, visible sometimes in the the western evening sky, and sometimes in the eastern morning sky. Venus is not a star, but a planet. Planets are far smaller than stars and shine primarily from reflected sunlight.
Jupiter is typically the fourth brightest planet in our solar system, after Venus, Mars, and sometimes Mercury.

Venus is seen either in Evening or Morning and it is the brightest star in the night sky and I think its only a little near to the Moon

The morning/evening star is Venus. It is actually a planet but is often called a star. It is also the brightest light in the night sky.
