A cloth tape measure.
The distance from the earth to the sun is 93,000,000 (93 million) miles away.
If a planet's distance from the sun would increase, its revolutionary path would be extended (because it would have to traverse more distance), ergo increasing its period of revolution. Take an ellipse and enlarge it, then measure the perimeter of each ellipse, the larger one will have a larger perimeter.
The largest pumpkin on record is the one that was used as a coach for CInderella after she meets the Prince in the fairy tale. After she got home they feed the pumpkin to the barn animals other wise it would rot. Phillippee Saint Pierre carved the pumpkin but was never honored by the League of Farmers in France in 1756.
False the light year is not a unit of time it is a unit of distance true.
A light year is a measure of distance not time. A light year is the distance light travels in one year. So for light to travel 6,300 light years, would take 6,300 years
A tape measure would probably be the best choice.

If it's a big town, then miles.
You would typically measure the distance around a school in meters, as this is a more precise unit of measurement for shorter distances. Kilometers are better suited for measuring longer distances.
You would measure the distance of the door with meters because liters measure volume not length.
Distance
Distance
length
They are meters to measure
I would recomend measuring a pumpkin based on its mass, which can be found by weighing it (not that weight= mass, but weight can be used to determine mass as long as the pumpkin remains on Earth) You could also determine the volume by measuring how much water it displaces. I would stick to mass, though
