Pandas have never been sent to space. Although many animals, such as monkeys, dogs, and even insects, have been part of space missions, pandas have not been included in any space exploration programs to date.
Humans have been exploring space for over 60 years, starting with the launch of the first artificial satellite, Sputnik 1, in 1957. Since then, space exploration has continued to progress, with numerous milestones achieved in space travel, satellite launches, and space exploration missions.
No, NASA is not considered dumb. NASA is a well-respected organization that has been instrumental in space exploration and scientific research. Their work has led to numerous discoveries and advancements in our understanding of the universe.
As of 2021, estimates suggest that over $650 billion has been spent on space exploration programs worldwide. This includes costs related to building and launching spacecraft, maintaining space infrastructure, and supporting scientific research.

There have been many deaths as a result of space exploration, most famously the Space Shuttle disasters, Columbia in 2003 and Challenger in 1986. Some deaths have occurred on Earth, like those that died during the Apollo 1 fire in the space centre in Florida in 1967.
Not applicable. By the time that nationalism had come to the fore, most parts of the world had already been explored. Further exploration, either of space, of the ocean, or of very distant regions of the planet would come as a result of international cooperation or from weapons arm races.

No light years have ever been used in space exploration yet, mainly because no human being has ever been more than 0.00000004 light year away from Earth yet.
I suppose if you really think that it is taking us no where, than it is. Just keep in mind that this is our generation that will be dealing (hopefully) with further space exploration, and that we need to keep our options open. In scientidfic terms, we need to further explore space so that in case we need to abandon the world because it has been too poluted, and we need to colonize on other planets (it is possible), we will be prepared and have the reasources to do it with. If you abandon the exploration, than, yes; it IS taking you no where. But if you continue, it will take you far. Keep in mind that with discoveries comes fame, to all those capitalists out there. The moon is a part of the solar system and is also been used by the scientific society for space exploration and for experiments in space.
