The gravitational attractions of the other planets have only a tiny effect on Earth's orbit, so from a purely physical standpoint there would be almost no change at all. (This assumes the Moon is still present; if not, the changes would be a LOT more noticeable due to the absence of the Moon's tidal effect.) However, historically speaking it's a very good thing Earth isn't the only planet. A great number of scientific discoveries have been either suggested or confirmed by observations of the other planets.
