If the moon crashed into earth...id have to think about that one. nobody knows for certain what will happen, but were all expecting that we would rocket out of orbit, the polar regions would dissapear, and/or people and animals would mutate.
also, since there would be no moon to operate the tides, the ocean would be still, the currents would disappear, and millions upon millions of species of sea creatures would go extinct. at any rate, we all can learn that if this DID happen, we'd all be screwed.( and the other planets would go out of orbit too, because large matter has a magnetic pull, and each of the planets pull each other in, so we all can stay in a chain. for instance, the sun pulls in Mercury, Venus, earth, mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, and Pluto in. Pluto pulls Neptune out, Neptune pulls Jupiter out, Jupiter pulls Saturn out, and so on. so its like pulling a string tightly. it 'keeps itself together', if you will.)
so its an in-out relationship, only shifting a few degrees every however long it takes. i cant say millions of years, because I'm not sure if whether or not God created us 10,000 years ago or millions, The Bible doesn't explain. anyways, i hope your question was answered, and so i must now take my leave.
Extra Note: I'm not a scientist, I'm only a 13 year old girl. so don't believe it as fact, but as theory, or a postulate.

nothing would happen
If the earth's moon was completely destroyed, there is a possibility that we will no longer experience normal tidal cycles.
Tides would become stronger.
If the moon was on the left and the sun was on the right, it would suggest that the moon is in its waxing phase moving towards a full moon. This positioning is a natural occurrence based on the moon's orbit around the Earth and the Earth's orbit around the sun.
In that case, the Moon would move in a straight line instead of moving around the Earth; it would quickly get away.
Earth would blow up along with the moon.
dooms day.
no because sound does not exist in space
Techincally speaking that would never happen. The moon would have to be VERY close to the Earth. The moon moves away from the earth 1.75 inches away from the earth each year, making the hours of the day longer. If the moon did orbit the earth in one day, this would happen around the time period the moon formed in space.
There would never be a full moon.
nothing would happen
If earth's moon was destroyed, then we will no longer have normal tide cycles.
Metorites have crashed onto the moon which has not happened to the earth. Although the earth has been struck it has not happened enough to be noticable.
if there were no moon, there would be no light in the sky at night (earth would be a lot darker at night, earth's days would be longer (earth will rotate slower), and there will be no tides (the moon pulls the tides)
If the earth's moon was completely destroyed, there is a possibility that we will no longer experience normal tidal cycles.
the proportion of the earth and the moon would be much different, and the moon would then revolve on its own around the sun.
The moon was born when earth smashed into another planet, but the leftover parts formed the moon when the two volcanic planets earth and the other crashed.
