Well, two causes of wind is the uneven heating of Earth's surfaces and the sun's energy. So if the sun stopped shining, then i guess there are only three causes of wind left....??? -.-"

What would happen if the earth didn't have a magnetosphere?

Without a magnetosphere, the Earth would be more vulnerable to solar wind and cosmic radiation. This would lead to increased exposure to harmful radiation, which could have negative effects on our atmosphere, climate, and potentially life on Earth. Additionally, the solar wind could strip away our atmosphere over time, similar to what happened on Mars.

How does double rainbow happen?

rain falls then wind blows then some really hot sun the rain again and wind and then really hot sun and that's how you get a double rainbow

How would the wind blow if the earth did not rotate?

If the Earth did not rotate, the winds would flow from the poles towards the equator in a straight line due to the temperature differences between the poles and the equator. There would be no Coriolis effect to influence the direction of the wind, resulting in simpler and more predictable wind patterns.

Would an anamometer work on the moon?

No. The moon has a lack of atmosphere, therefore there is no wind to measure other than the solar wind. I doubt this would register on a standard style anemometer

How would the craters be different today if the moon had developed an atmosphere that had wind and contained water?

If the Moon had developed an atmosphere with wind and water, the craters would likely show signs of erosion due to weathering and water movement. Their sharp edges would be more rounded, and they might have sediment deposits within them. Overall, the presence of wind and water would alter the appearance of the lunar craters over time.
