Well happy little friend, the best time to view an eclipse depends on the type of eclipse you're watching. For a solar eclipse, it's best during sunrise or sunset when the moon is in position to path the sun. For a lunar eclipse, it's best during the night when the Earth is between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow on the moon. Remember to protect your eyes if you're looking at the sun!
A night
No it is not.
The astronaut on the moon would observe a solar eclipse. This is because the Earth is blocking the Sun from the astronaut's point of view, similar to how the Moon blocks the Sun during a solar eclipse seen from Earth.
The sun shows the eclipse at sundown is a hard question to answer. Possibly this is asking when there will be a solar eclipse at or near sundown, the best answer that was found was 8:17 PM in the United States Midwest.
To view an eclipse safely, you can use certified solar viewing glasses that meet the ISO 12312-2 international safety standard. Do not look directly at the sun without proper eye protection, as this can cause permanent eye damage. You can also observe the eclipse indirectly by creating a pinhole projector or using a telescope with a solar filter.
