Phobos-Grunt (an interesting name!! but "grunt means soil in Russian") is a planned Russian mission to Phobos, one of the moons of Mars with plans to return a soil sample. A Chinese probe named Yinghuo-1 will also be sent together with the mission. It is planned to be launched in October 2009.
