Ther is no set date for a a return to the moon yet, but NASA is now working on a new space program called "Constelation", which will work on establishing and maintaining a permanet moon base.
They need to build a whole new set of space vehicles for this project, since the Space Shuttles are not capable of landing on the moon.
Another answer:
The original plan was another manned moon mission by 2020, but recent (September 2009) news articles puts that severely in doubt.

We can only hope! Well first they are working on the constalation thing and then they will start sending rockets to mars for prep. for people going to mars. For a even better explanation going to Kennedy space center located near Cocoa beach Florida.P.S. Kennedy space center is really coolFrom:WikiAnswerQuestion:Will NASA sendany people to Mars?
The latest satellite sent to Mars is called the Hope Probe, which was launched by the United Arab Emirates in July 2020. It is part of the Emirates Mars Mission, also known as the Hope Mars Mission, and is designed to study the Martian atmosphere and climate.
Apollo 13 aimed to land on the Moon and complete the third crewed lunar landing mission as part of NASA's Apollo program. However, due to an oxygen tank explosion, the mission had to be aborted and the primary goal shifted to safely returning the crew to Earth.
The next shuttle to launch is Discovery, flying mission STS-133.The final missions scheduled for the space shuttle program are:- Endeavor on STS-134, slated for launch 27 February 2011- Atlantis on STS-135, slated for launch no earlier than 28 June 2011, but funding is pending the passage of an appropriations bill.What_is_the_next_of_the_shuttle_that_is_flying_in_the_next_missionKennedy Space Center are opening the NASA causeway so the launch can be viewed from the 6 mile point. For those that need to see the launch it is unbelievable to view it from the NASA Causeway definitely the best place. After NASA sell out of tickets (they always do) there are 2 companies that sell tour package to the NASA causeway and they have affiliates that resell their products. Take a look at www.spaceshuttlelaunchtours.com as they price match guarantee and it seems to be the same tour product that everyone has but slightly better prices.Good luck - hope you make it out to see it!
NASA is the most popular space station. NASA was the one who put the satellite in orbit and NASA has also sent the first mon the moon. NASA is located in Houston, Texas. It haves one of the most high technology in the industry. Hope this helpedd :)
There's no fixed date, only aspirations. The USA hope to have a manned mission around 2037. The ESA (European Space Agency) hope for the 2030s. As such a mission would be very expensive and presents major technical challenges, these dates are understandably vague.

The Mars Pathfinder was built by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in collaboration with various other organizations. NASA's JPL managed the overall mission and designed and built the spacecraft, while other organizations contributed specific components or instruments to the mission.
We can only hope.
Someone from NASA, but not sure who, hope it helped:-)
NASA sends them to the dark side of the moon hope this helps :)

You have to finish the mission to restart it, I haven't found a way to restart the mission from any part of the mission yet. Hope this helps?
I hope not! The Terrible Towel came into being in 1975 and the last manned visit to the moon was in 1972.
