I think there is zero gravity at the Dead Sea next to the country of Jordan.
Because you can float on the water.
(Brilliant and totally elegant ! Now we know that there must be zero gravity anywhere
in any ocean because even heavy steel loaded cargo ships can float there.)
I disagree with this answer because if there is zero gravity there, then the water
should be floating too!
(Doesn't that go for both answers ?)
There is no such thing as a zero gravity chamber. The only way to experience weightlessness is in freefall. There are planes that you can board which will go into dives up to 30 seconds long. During these dives the planes are in freefall. Since you are falling at the same rate as the plane is, you will seem to float around the cabin and will feel weightless. It is the same reason that astronauts in orbit are weightless.
Earth's gravity will not change normally on the ground, however yes, you will experience a decreased pull at your height, and you weight will also decrease. If you were to go higher, you would feel the gravity even less!
No.
If th sun's gravity were to disappear, Earth would go off in a straight line into interstellar space.
you can go places better because it don't have much gravity
The gravity put off by an object extends infinitely far into the universe, although it does decrease with distance. The only reason astronauts experience 'zero' gravity is because of a trick inherent in orbiting. In their case, they are technically falling constantly, but their space craft is moving to the side fast enough that they never reach ground, but instead circle the Earth constantly.
As you go down below the surface, the force of gravity would decrease, because now part of the Earth is attracting you from above, and less from below. At the center of the Earth, gravity would be zero.
Well on earth everywhere this is gravity. but once you leave earth there is no more gravity ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No, gravity is present through out all space. When you leave the Earth and go into orbit round it, it APPEARS that there is no gravity, but gravity is causing you to orbit the Earth. You do not feel this gravity because you are in free fall.

well you must do the elevator glitch then you go into 0 gravity
9.8 m/s2 ---------------------- Yes this is the average value of acceleration due to gravity near by the surface of the earth. As we go higher and higher level this g value decreases and becomes almost negligible. Same way as we go deeper and deeper the g value decreases and at the centre of the earth its value becomes zero.
the gravity does not decrease it increases because their is more matter the deeper you go down into the earth.
They do not. When an object such as the space shuttle orbits Earth it is essentially in freefall. Gravity constantly pulls it towards Earth, but it is moving so fast that it constantly "misses." If you go on a roller coaster you too will experience brief moments of freefall and along with them a sensation of weightlessness.
due to newtons laws of gravity, all things that go up come down for example helium balloons and satellites
Now this may surprise you, but it's 2018 and earth still has gravity. So I'm gonna go with no, in 2012 earth will not stop pulling gravity.
The lower gravity on the Moon would allow the baseball to reach a higher altitude before falling back down compared to Venus, which has stronger gravity. Gravity on Venus is about 91% of Earth's gravity, while on the Moon it is about 16.5% of Earth's gravity, so the baseball on the Moon would experience less downward force and go higher when thrown with the same velocity.
i believe it is sonic riders, this is because on sonic zero gravity,it goes slow,in the original, you go fast.so the original. :) by mobian angel
