Astrophysics
The physical science that deals with stars and planets is called astrophysics. Astrophysics combines principles of physics and astronomy to study the properties, behaviors, and interactions of celestial bodies, including stars, planets, and galaxies. It seeks to understand the fundamental forces and processes that govern the universe, such as gravity, radiation, and the formation of cosmic structures.
The science of studying the Universe and it's workings is known as Astrophysics. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "physical" science but there is a wide variety of different scientific disciplines involved in Astrophysics.

The physical science that deals with stars, planets, and other celestial bodies is called astronomy. It encompasses the study of the universe's structure, formation, and evolution, including the laws of physics that govern celestial phenomena. Astronomy integrates aspects of physics and mathematics to understand the behavior of objects in space, such as their movements, properties, and interactions.
Astronomy is the study of celestial bodies, such as stars, planets, galaxies, and other objects in the universe. Astronomers use observations and scientific principles to understand the nature, composition, and behavior of these objects.

According to the Oxford Dictionary, astronomy is defined a the branch of science that deals with celestial objects, space, and the physical universe as a whole. In other words, astronomy deals with all bodies in space (such as stars, planets, galaxies, etc.), and basically the entire universe. There are many different branches of astronomy such as astrophysics (deals with the physics of the universe) or planetary science (deals with our local Solar System).

Astronomy.Astronomy is a natural science that deals with the study of celestial objects (such as stars, planets, comets, nebulae, star clusters and galaxies) and phenomena that originate outside the atmosphere of Earth (such as the cosmic background radiation).
Astronomy is the area of earth science that includes the study of stars. It focuses on celestial bodies, including stars, galaxies, planets, asteroids, and comets, as well as the phenomena that occur in space. Astronomers use various tools and techniques to observe and analyze these celestial objects.
