As far as we know it is not possible for a planet not to rotate, they all rotate because they have some form of gravity within them that gets them turning, perhaps you are thinking of Venus which turns in the opposite direction to all the other planets in our Solar System.
what planet can be seen from earth
Venus is the planet that does not rotate on a top to bottom axis like the other planets in our solar system. It rotates in the opposite direction, from east to west, which is known as retrograde rotation.
Uranus is the only outer planet (and only planet in our solar system) that rotates on its side.
All planets in the solar system rotate, but not all in the same direction, Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune all rotate in one direction, while Venus, Uranus, and the dwarf planet Pluto rotate in the opposite direction.
Neither the Sun nor the Moon are planets. Planets rotate around the Sun. Moons rotate around planets. There are other rules to explain the difference between planets and asteroids and comets which also rotate around the sun. Such as planets because of their strong gravitational field, clear objects in their rotation around the Sun, something a small asteroid, nor a small comet can do. However, neither the Sun (which planets rotate around), nor, the Moon (which rotates around the planet Earth), is a planet.
planet does not rotate in contour clockwise
All the planets rotate on their axes and it would be a very unusual thing to find a planet that did not rotate.
Actually,as the planet Revolve and Rotate the path is an orbit....^_^
what planet can be seen from earth
you don't want to know how my planet rotates ;)
no
uranus
Earth rotates around the sun .
They all rotate, but Venus rotates particularly slowly.
Mars
The planet Earth is the only planet with rotisseries.
It depends which planet you mean - the Earth takes 23 hours & 56 minutes to rotate once.
