Actually the strogest demigod is Heracles. He is son of Zeus and Alcmene. Extraordinary strength, courage, ingenuity, and sexual prowess with both males and females were among his characteristic attributes. Although he was not as clever as the likes of Odysseus or Nestor, Heracles used his wits on several occasions when his strength did not suffice, such as when laboring for the king Augeas of Elis, Wrestling the giant Antaeus, or tricking Atlas into taking the sky back onto his shoulders ... so he is the strongest Demigod but not the smartest :)
Do you mean in terms of power or physical strength?
They were each powerful in their own area but I think Hera, queen of the gods, had he most power.
As for physical strength, well I doubt the goddesses had 'who is strongest competitions' but it would probably be either Athena, goddess of wisdom and battle, Artemis, goddess of the hunt, or Nike, goddess of victory.
That is impossible to measure.
