technically no one yet, but Neil Armstrong was the first person to got to the moon, and successfully come back. Maybe in the distant future we can send someone to Venus though, hopefully we can send a woman into space, maybe even a black woman for that matter, but my overall point is that in 100+ years we might be able to send an astronaut into space if we put in a lot of effort.
