"clouds of dry ice (frozen CO2) and water ice crystals (H2O) drift through the martian atmosphere carried by the martian winds."
OK, no offense meant but this above quoted answer doesn't even come close...I am still researching this (I'm an MD interested in alternative science). The short answer is that outside-the-box theorist and free thinkers tend to say YES..there are now publicly available photos showing what clearly looks like snow/ice covered caps at the poles. (see work of astronomer Tom Van Flandern). Mainstream acknowledged info (ie. NASA sanctioned) now leans toward the idea the water ONCE existed on Mars but claims that water is now completely gone from the Mar's surface- leaving those compelling pole photos entirely unaddressed. PLEASE, keep critically thinking for yourselves. Investigate.
Pluto although entirely covered by ice, is no longer considered a planet. The only planets in our solar system with polar ice caps are Earth and Mars.

Earth and Mars are the only planets known to have polar ice caps. Yes, I agree. However there is a possibility that Mercury has some ice in deep craters at the poles.
Mars has two polar ice caps. The northern ice cap is mainly composed of frozen H2O. The southern ice cap is mainly composed of frozen CO2.
The red planet (or Mars) is a planet that contains both iron oxide and polar ice caps. Mars contains iron oxide in its soil, which gives the planet its red appearance.

No. Uranus does not have a solid surface for the caps to be on. Earth and Mars have polar ice caps.
Earth and Mars. The polar ice caps on mars are mainly CO2 ice, frozen carbon dioxide.
Mars also has two polar ice caps.
Mars has water (Ice) on its polar caps

The planet Mars has polar ice caps that are composed of nearly 100 percent water ice. These ice caps shrink and expand with the changing seasons on Mars.
