I have noticed this too, I feel like there are very few people that have due to the fact that when I Googled it, only this came up. I am most certainly no scientist but I believe it to be just regular craters that just have happened to form this shape. It could be that it was made that way and it has been that way for all of time. Either way, just another wonderful wonder of this world.

We human beings are excellent at seeing patterns of data, even where there ARE no patterns. We live our lives looking at the faces of other people, so it's only natural that in our imaginations, we would see faces in natural features. The "Man in the Moon" face is only the most widely seen, because everybody on the Earth has seen it.
Yes, the moon can sometimes appear to look like a smiley face due to the arrangement of its surface features, such as craters and shadows. This phenomenon is known as "lunar pareidolia," where human eyes perceive familiar patterns or shapes in nonspecific stimuli.
They are the craters on the moon, caused by the impact of meteorites.
From the Earth, a full moon looks yellow like cheese and the craters look like the holes in Swiss Cheese.
they don't have water to fill them in or an atmosphere where they can burn up
Old craters typically have more erosion, with smoother edges and a shallower depth compared to new craters. New craters have sharp, well-defined edges with steep walls and a more prominent central peak. Additionally, the presence or absence of overlapping craters can also help distinguish between old and new craters.
only if she has a happy face or smiling

Most craters are caused by meteorites crashing to the planet. However, some volcanoes when formed, look like craters.
They look like uninhabitable wasteland with many different size craters and other features.
