Water vapour is a constituents in air because water vapour rises in the atmosphere & is always present in the atmospere in some or the other quantity. Also 0.0001% of air consist water vapour
Water Vapour is considered as gas and since its particles are spread out it is light and therefore able to rise up into the clouds. As the clouds gather/collect water vapour it gets heavier. Cold air cools down the water vapour turning it back into water droplets and fall back to the ground.
Clouds form in the sky when water vapor condenses into water droplets. This process occurs when warm, moist air rises, cools, and reaches its dew point, causing the water vapor to condense and form visible clouds.
evaporation is when water vapour rises up and condensation is when water vapour turns into clouds
The water vapour rises to form clouds.

plants release extra water in the form of water vapour from small holes of their leaves known as stomata ,that water vapour rises in the atmosphere in the form of clouds and that water vapour returns to earth in form of rain .
It cools and consequently can hold less water vapour. The vapour condenses and it rains. This is convection rainfall.

Evaporate x
When water vapor is evaporation outside it rises to the sky and goes through the water cycle.
by evaporation
the humidity condences and you get pure water. the air can only hold a certain amount of water vapour, that amount rises with temp so when you cool the air you can have excess water vapour which will condence to liquid water.
water cannot travel upwards, because 1) gravity 2) there is a property of water that does not allow it to flow upwards Water can move upwards by capillary action, forced upwards by a pump or natural geyser, it can be carried upwards and can rise in the form of steam or vapour.
Sunlight warms surface sea water, which changes the liquid into water vapour. This vapour rises to form clouds. The wind also plays an important part in evaporation.
