Short Answer:
If the circular orbit of the moon around the Earth were in exactly the same plane as the circular orbit of the Earth around the sun, we would get an eclipse every two weeks. But, we don't, because the orbits don't line up the shadows that create the eclipses project so we can see them.
Longer Answer:
From our point of view, the moon goes around the Earth every 28 days. Every two weeks then it is either between us and the sun or the Earth is between the moon and the Sun.
When the Moon is between the Earth and the Sun, it casts a shadow and when that shadow falls on the Earth, we call it a solar eclipse. Mostly, the shadow misses the Earth and so the eclipse happens rarely.
When the Earth is between the Moon and the Sun, it casts a shadow and when that shadow falls on the Moon, we call it a lunar eclipse. Mostly, the shadow misses the Moon and so the eclipse happens rarely.
Note, when the moon is not full, it is partly covered in darkness from our view. The darkness is not the shadow of the Earth. Half the moon is always getting sunlight just as half the Earth is always getting sunlight. The darkness is because we are viewing the moon from the side and only seeing part of what is illuminated.)
This named a 'Solar Eclipse'. The is also a 'Lunar Eclipse' , when the Earth blocks the sunlight from a full moon. The Moon orbits the Earth once every 29 days. The lunar orbit and the solar orbit are not co-planar. . They are angled at about 2 degrees. Consequently, we do neither see a Solar Eclipse at every New Moon, nor a Lunar Eclipse t every Full Moon.
The Moon does not orbit directly in line with the orbit of the earth around the sun. The orbit has a slight tilt, know as inclination, of about 5 degrees. Also, the earth does not rotate exactly exactly aligned with the sun or the moon. And each rotation has a different speed or period. So there is only two points every year when a solar eclipse will occur somewhere. Every year there will be at least two solar eclipses, although when the Moon catches the point at just the right time there can be up to three eclipses in the same season, but in different places. This only happens once every 233 years or so.

Following measures are very necessary:1.always use ultravoilet glasses to look at the eclipse.2.do not look directly at the eclipse.3.don't even look at it through reflections(water, mirror etc.)
Eclipse will be in theatres about 2 to 3 weeks ...........in some places.
About 2 weeks after it comes out in stores.

Conception to 28 weeks = once every 4 weeks 28 to 36 weeks = once every 2 weeks 36 weeks to delivery = once every week
If you earn $77,000 annually, that will equate to about $2,961 gross every 2 weeks and you can expect to net around $2,100 every 2 weeks.

No every 2 weeks
It depends on the employer, but typical pay periods are every week or every two weeks.
Bi-Weekly = every 2 weeks - Every payroll period will cover 2 weeks. Bi-Monthly = 2x per month - Every calendar quarter will have one payroll period that has 3 weeks in it.
