Impossible*
Hooke's discovery dealt with cells, which are extremely tiny that it is impossible to be seen with the naked eye. So, without the microscope, he would not have been able to see it.
He first discovered the cell with his simple microscope.
You cant see a cell without just looking at it
Because it was the first microscope ever made with to lenses :)
it was better because he added new stuff to his microscope and made it interesting
Micrographia, reporting things that he had seen through his microscope.
His microscope was different because it used an oil lamp to produce a flame which gave off light.
David Hookes's birth name is David William Hookes.
Robert Hookes microscope had either two or more lenses. a simple microscope has one lens in it.
Robert Hooke's hypothesis from his cell experiment, which he observed using a microscope, was that cells are the basic structural and functional units of all living organisms. He coined the term "cell" after observing the structure of a piece of cork. This discovery laid the foundation for the field of cell biology.
Robert Hooke described the parts of cork he saw under a microscope as "cells" in 1665. He said this because they looked like jail cells.
David Hookes was born on May 3, 1955.
Robert was famous for discovering cells and springs and elasticity. He first discovered cells in cork samplings and then in plant tissue. For this, Robert used a microscope said to have been "an early microscope."
