Who did the Archangel Michael cast from heaven?

Michael is one of three archangels named in The Bible. The other two are Gabriel and Raphael. Michael was responsible for driving Lucifer and his fallen angels out of Heaven. Not all angels were just born in heaven.

The archangels Michael, Metatron, Sandalphon and Moroni are excellent examples of this. Michael did have an earth life as a major prophet. HIs name was Adam before he was taken up by God(translated). Metatron was the Prophet-King Enoch whose whole city was translated and taken into heaven and Sandalphon was the Prophet Elisha. Michael became the father Adam who made it possible for us to be here. Moroni was a prophet who was made and angel as well.
