Valet stand, or valet rack or butler clothing rack....
A butler and a valet serve different roles within a household. A butler typically oversees the entire household staff, manages household operations, and attends to the needs of the family, while a valet specifically focuses on personal services for an individual, such as managing clothing, personal grooming, and transportation. Essentially, the butler is responsible for the overall management of the home, whereas the valet provides tailored assistance to a specific person.
A butler is a household manager who oversees and supervises all aspects of a household, including managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining the overall organization and running of the household. On the other hand, a valet is a personal servant who primarily attends to a specific individual's needs, such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with personal tasks. While both roles involve serving and assisting others, a butler has a broader range of responsibilities compared to a valet.

Normally the difference between a Valet and Master key is the Valet key will not work in the glove box or trunk of the vehicle. The actual differences in the keys are either the grooves in the key or the thickness of the key which restrict it from going into the locks. Occasionally the valet key may not have certain cuts on it to work those locks.
