How do you get manaphy to join your team in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorer of time?

you have to go to the surrounded sea and when you get to the end you will find 2 deluxe boxes and an egg. take the egg and you will get manaphy! After you defeat darkrai do a few missions(manaphy won't come back if you don't do missions) the chatot will tell you that manaphy came back and manaphy will ask to join your team.

When you graduate, do a job or two. Then, MR MIME should be next to KECLEON Market. Talk to him to unlock Blizzard Island. There are 20 floors. Then you unlock Crevice Cave. There are 10 floors. Then you have to fight FROSSLASS. He is quite easy ( as easy as MESPRIT was when you first found his underground lake ). Then SCIZOR is free. The next day ( on the game ) talk to SUNFLORA, your Guild friend. That should unlock Bottomless/Surrounded Sea. ( I don't know which one - I have fully finished the game which is a long way away from this stage. ) When you reach the final floor, you should find an egg. Inside is a level 1 MANAPHY. After you have beaten Darkari if you wait about 3 to 10 days Chatot will come and wake you up in the morning.He will tell you that Manaphy has returned. Manaphy then asks if it can join your team. If it were my choice I would take Manaphy!

after saving scizor youll be able to go to miracle sea. there youll find a manaphy egg. take care of it and it will leave wait awhile and it will come back and join your team at lv40.
