If you have good management in the company you work for and you can prove the bully is targeting you then see the manager as that is part of his or her job. If the manager does nothing and you have the time then it would be wise to try and find another job rather than try to fight both the bully and poor management skills; either this, or if possible ask for a transfer to another section of the company.
