Basically you have plenty of midi sliders, knobs, and endless encoders on the 2D.
With that said.
You can hook up to your computer via usb from the 2d. Then use a program like Ableton Live to utilize all the controls on your 2D.
Once you have Ableton Live open you will need a sound card to create track columns and have separate control over each "virtual mixer slot".
