Did you recently use headphones? Mine was doing the same thing after using headphones. could not hear incoming calls and could not hear myself through microphone. I reinserted headphones into jack several time and problem fixed. Apparently, something was jammed within jack that only allowed me to talk and hear when using headphones with built in mike.
