Of course, downloading the wrong things to it that aren't compatible or not understanding before jailbreaking can brick your iDevice. Hopefully DFU mode and restore can get it out.
Yes, my Samsung Note 7 has been bricked.
A "bricked" means that the iPod is beyond repairing with the windows iPod restore tool.
No, you can sell your iTouch 2G and purchuse a newer iTouch

If it's bricked it has to be restored by Apple to factory settings.
itouch 1 is the original itouch --- itouch 2 is the different itouch u can try this 1. sync itouch 1 2. setup itouch 2 (if u have not) 3. with itouch 2 plug into ur computer hit restore. that should restore everything from itouch 1 to itouch 2 if u have any other question leave me a message. i will reply asap. =]

Well, inorder to fixed a bricked android devices they needs to be loaded again with the stock firmware.
Well that means that you bricked it so you can't do anything about it but you can try restarting your iPod touch it might work remember one thing did you restore your iPod touch before you got blackra1n that might of caused the problem
i believe it is because your ipod has been bricked. This happens when you jailbreak with itunes running. To fix this restore and then re- jailbreak with itunes closed. Have anymore jailbreak questions email me @ arobinson410@gmail.com
i had the chois between a good bike and a 64GB itouch and i chose the itouch
