I have degenerative spine disease. I in pain management and have been prescribed large doses of sustained release opiates. I hate the drugs but in reality at 56 year old and with 2 sons 16 and 12 I have to function. The medication does do that. However I have always wanted to eventually either quit taking or reduce dosage.

I saw the Trueback info and thought what the heck 70 bucks and it seemed to make sense to me.

I have serious back issues so I am sure people will have different experiences.

I have had mine now for 1 week. It does help. I also helps for a fairly long time after I use it. I always put the high end at the base of my spine as that is where my pain is. It seems to stretch and take some of the pressure off the vertibraes down there. I do it for about 15-20 minutes at a time.

I think it helps , and time will tell whether it is something that can really be lifechanging like the informercial seems to say. I sort of doubt that it will help to that point but do think it might help me reduce my pain level enough to perhaps reduce dose of narcotic painkiller.
