You turn off an mp3 player by holding down the play button. I ♥ mp3's
it is a button on the side
if your mp3 player has a reset button on the back of it or anywhere press that button and if the button is to small for your fingers to push then find a bobby pen or safety pin and press the button it worked for my Mp3 player !
hold the play button
umm..well.. i have a sansa e280 mmp3 player well..if ur asking if theres a reset button ON the mp3, no but if in the mp3 player yes just go to settings and the go to reset =] hope tht helped

If your SPI MP3 player will not charge correctly, simply turn off the MP3 player and hit the 'reset' button. You then will want to try to charge the player again.
If your MP3 player freezes just take a tiny needle or skewer and hit the reser button that's the tiny button on top.
how long do you hit the reset button
I had just typed in this question myself because a second ago my mp3 player seemed lifeless. Anyways i held the power button for about a minute or two and i had luck with it. I guess i did it in good timing. It might work for you too , but don't take my word for it ,Try it Out!What have you got to lose?MistaBluMagic *
