You need a jailbroken iPod. Then install ifile (if you dont want to pay for it install the repo cydia.xSellize.com and diwnload it from there. open it up and press the back button at the top left corner keep pressing until there isnt one there. then findthe golder called "var". Click on it then find "stash" and click on it. Then find the folder "applications" click on that. you will see all the apps you cant delete normally. click edit (top right) and click on adsheet.app. Now click the little trash can at the bottom of the screen. then click move file to trash. then click the trash can again and click empty trash. now press the hone button and respring or reboot. it will now be gone. you can delete any app but you cant get them back once they are gone. you can now uninstall ifile if u want.
Your iPod will not delete apps on its own. You must delete the apps yourself.
