Push 4 pins into the little holes (2 on each side of the stereo) and you can remove the factory unit (see my pictures on lincolntowncar.org). You should have an OEM amplifier so you need to bypass it. I end up using the power from the original lines and re-wire the speakers, but kept the AM/FM antenna. Or just simply add an "FM module CD changer".
