How do you remove scratches from the back of an iPod?

It should come with a cleaning rag. You can add a little bit of amonia free windex glass cleaner to a paper towel and that should clean the screen really well and the wipe it down with the rag. That's what I do. The back gets scratched REALLY easily, so don't worry. If it will really bother you get a protective sheild.If you so get a case make sure you take it off before you clean the iPod.You can also clean the case,just spray a little bit of Windex on the front and on the inside and wipe it with a paper towel really well.Remember NEVER clean your iTOuch with water!

To get a brushed metallic look, take a Scoth Brite Sponge (yellow sponge with the green back), and use the green part to go up and down on the back, but make sure bit to go sideways. If you don't want that kind of look, try getting a kit for scratches.

I spritz some windex on a thin soft cloth and then I gently swipe it across the surface and then let it dry. you can do the same on the back.

i just use a regular cloth and wipe it and if there still fingerprints just breath on it or wet you cloth

Umm lets see u use toothpaste rub it at the back and wait for 1 - 5 hours for best resaults and then whipe it off and walllaaa!! There u go a smooth and sexy ipod!!
