To turn GarageBand pieces into audio files, first, open your project in GarageBand. Then, go to the menu and select "Share" and choose "Export Song to Disk." In the dialog box, select your desired file format (like MP3 or WAV), choose the quality settings, and then click "Export." Finally, select the destination on your computer where you want to save the audio file and click "Save."

Without disassembling the computer, you cannot. Go to a computer repairman, and ask him if he can get files off it, or make it turn on.
