How do you use ipod nano without itunes?

Download Winamp: http://www.winamp.com/

Then download the iPod plug-in: http://mlipod.sourceforge.net/

It works great, it is what I use. They support Album art, pictures, playcount merge, video, audiobooks, etc.

first, when you plug it in, a page will come up with your folders, saying calanders contacts, etc. When this does, you have to create a new file photo and add pictures to it. ;) enjoy'
