Lp's can weigh anything between 115 grams and up to 210 grams. Most records that came out in the 60s were slightly heavier and better quality. The 80s Lps were more flimsy and lighter. Anything above 140 grams is considered a high quality Audiophile pressing and sought after by Hi-Fi enthusiasts because of the sound quality.
