It depends on how heavy the tape is once it is packaged and wrapped. You have to send it out through Ups or FedEx they will tell you exactly how much it will cost if anything. The reason is you have to not only put a stamp on it but if it weights over a certain limit you have to pay but it wont be more then a few bucks. As much as the lady at the postoffice tells you it costs.(Bring about $5.00 to the postoffice when you go.)
You can NOT. It voids the postage, and the item will likely be returned to you. (Otherwise, the postmark could just be wiped off the tape, and the stamp reused.)
Special meaning what? Masking tape, duct tape and gaffer tape are all sometimes used, and these are often found in most other places. USPS prefers packing tape or strapping tape reinforced with fibers.. If you are not sure what to use,buy what they sell at thepost office. There are some types of tape they will reject.
That depends on the width of the tape, and exactly what you're going to doto the cube with it.If you want to cover the cube with the tape, and the tape is ' W ' cm wide, then you need ( 512/W ) cm of tape to cover it completely.
Yes, you can use duct tape on postage boxes, but it's generally not recommended by postal services. Duct tape may not provide a secure seal and can become loose during transit. It's best to use packing tape, which is designed for sealing boxes and ensuring they stay closed securely. Always check the specific guidelines of your postal service for the best practices on packaging.

Needles, Fabric, and Tape Measure
Depends on how much you put on. If you put on only a small piece than it would be fine. If you put a lot on, the mail company will get suspicious, and they might think your trying to send a bomb or something silly like that. I know all this because my uncle owns a mail service.
If you need to tape 100 boxes you will need a lot of tape. Of course the amount of tape you need will depend on the size of the boxes and how much tape you place on each package. I recommend 40 rolls of tape.
Priority mail takes two days to get from Ft. Myers to Tampa Florida. Priority mail should be included in a priority mail envelope or used with priority mail tape.
