When this happens, the changes to the BIOSmust be cancelled, and the default settings must be restored. If the computer boots up and you can access the BIOS, it will usually allow you to return to the default settings. In PhoenixBIOS, press F9 to return the configuration to the defaults set by the manufacturer. In AwardBIOS, press F9 to restore the previous settings, F6 to restore Award BIOS's default settings, and F7 to restore the defaults set by the motherboard's manufacturer. If you cannot access the BIOS using standard procedures, most motherboards include a jumper for resetting the default values. Simply change the jumper's position, then leave it there for about ten seconds.

Watch results of your settings in the Preview pane and adjust to desired duration.Remember to Restore the Default settings when you've finished or the settings will be applied to all other projects opened in the future. Some people forget to Restore the Default (which is automatically a 5 second delay) and wonder why their video/media is speeding through so quickly. So, remember to Restore the Default when you're done.
