DCIM (Digital Camera IMages) is a folder that contains photographs taken with the phone.
That is NOT A STAND it is a dock connector for a dock like the ihome EDIT: Actually it is a stand. I confirmed it in an iPod touch unboxing video that shows that the iPod comes with a "stand". I have this same problem with my iPod nano: I think you're supposed to stick the dock connector thru the hole in the bottom, but I suspect this compromises it's ability to stand upright.

Open "File Explorer" (Windows) or "Photos" app (Windows 10/11) to locate the iPod under "This PC." Navigate to the "DCIM" folder to find your photos, then copy and paste them to your desired location on your PC. Alternatively, you can use iTunes to sync or transfer photos if needed.

My red iPod nano 4th generation came with a USB cabel, headphones, and some sort of stand for my iPod.
If you are talking about a iPod nano 5th generation then i have an answer. For a PC, you must connect the iPod to your computer. Then go to My Computer on the desktop and select the iPod. Open it and go to the DCIM folder, then the 000APPLE, then there are all your recorded videos. Copy and paste the MPG4 versions anywhere you want them on your computer. Then open and enjoy!
