no the remote has to come with the porable DVD player
Polaroid TVs typically work with universal remote controls that are compatible with various brands. Many universal remotes can be programmed to operate Polaroid TVs using a code search feature or by entering specific codes for Polaroid models. Additionally, some Polaroid TVs may also be compatible with remote controls designed for similar brands. Always check the compatibility list of the universal remote before purchasing.
What is the universal remote codes for a vizio blue ray player
I called Polaroid and they said they don't HAVE universal codes (But plan to do so some time in the future). I was given a DHX-202 from a friend (who didn't have the remote) when he got a new DVD player. Polaroid offered to SELL me a remote for $19.95 (plus shipping I assume). But when the going price for a new (BASIC) DVD player is aroun d $30 ... I refuse to pay two thirds of that for just a remote. If you're like me ... you'll be watching eBay, and craigslist. There is a company on eBay selling NEW remotes for the DHX-202 but its nearly $40 ... more than the DVD is worth!

codes for universal remote control for aristona dvd player
well your DVD player should at least have a play button on it, so you dont have to use a remote everytime, but if it doesnt i guess youre screwed.
Probably because as a portable dvd player with a small screen, you are expected to sit close enough to see. This means that you can reach and so dont need a remote. Some portable dvd players are capable of being plugged into a tv, but these ones on the whole do have a remote
