A digital copy disc is a type of optical disc that contains a digital version of content, such as movies, music, or software, allowing users to store and access their media on various devices. Typically, these discs come with a unique code or digital rights management (DRM) technology, enabling users to download or stream the content online after inserting the disc into a compatible device. This format provides a convenient way to enjoy media while preserving the physical disc for backup or archival purposes.
If it just says "Digital Copy" it will not play in a DVD player. But if it has the DVD logo, or says it ALSO has a DVD, you can.
I believe that each disc has it's own copy code which would've been included in the disc case. If you bought it new and did not get a code you should either return the disc or contact Fox. If you bought it used you need to talk to the seller. The previous owner may have "used up" the digital copy.
