I personally feel that free online tools are not very stable, and I prefer to use audio editing software. You can find many free audio editors by searching online. Currently, I use the built-in free audio editor of TuneCable BeatOne. This software can both download music and edit audio. Speed up/down, fade in and fade out, adjust audio volume, cut/copy clips and other functions are free and unlimited to use.
