A pod captured item refers to a specific item or resource that has been collected or recorded within a "pod," which is often a group or collection of related data in various contexts, such as software development or data management. In some industries, particularly in logistics or inventory management, it may indicate an item that has been identified and logged in a storage pod or container. The term can also apply to digital environments where items within a software pod are tracked for analysis or deployment purposes.

Port of Discharge (POD): Basically, the port at which the item is discharged from vessel. When transshipment is needed (basically means the container will stop at one, two, or a few ports to change ships before it arrives at final destination), there can be a number of PODs during the course of shipment until it reaches the final destination. Normally "POD" will include the name of the port where the item is located.
