To me it sounds like your pilot light on the fireplace is out. That could happen from a strong wind coming down the chimney or a strong breeze in the house from a fan. Check your pilot light and be sure to have the gas off before lighting the pilot light if it is out.
There could be several reasons why your gas fireplace is not lighting even though the pilot is on. Some common reasons include a clogged pilot light, a faulty thermocouple, a gas valve that is turned off, or a problem with the ignition system. It is recommended to have a professional technician inspect and repair the fireplace to ensure it is safe and working properly.

The light may not be working even though it has power due to a faulty bulb, a problem with the wiring, or a malfunction in the light fixture itself.
The LED light may not be working even though it has power because there could be a problem with the wiring, a faulty LED bulb, or a malfunction in the circuitry.

Get new ones...or you could open them up and see what the problem is. I'm no expert though!!!
One may purchase a fireplace poker from "Chadwick's & Hacks". They were voted as best fireplace vendor in the Hamilton, Ontario area and have been in business since 1955. Though all fireplace shops will sell one or more types and styles of fireplace pokers. If you would like to buy older and antique fireplace pokers you can find quite a variety of them at firebacks.
The outside light may not be working even though it has power due to a faulty bulb, a damaged fixture, or a problem with the wiring. It is recommended to check these components to determine the cause of the issue.
Serveral things need to be asked first to determine the problem.. First though is your router/modem on and connected?
Yes, there can be heat warping and staining on a white electric fireplace if it used for a very long time. They last a while though.
