Hold the Home and Power button for 15 seconds, the device will reboot.Go to Settings,then go into General and turn Guided Access off.

If you get locked out of your ipod plug it in to your computer open itunes and click on whatever your ipod is called tab. There should be a button called restore click it and it will get rid of the passcode.

I did this and forgot my passcode. I phoned Apple and after a long call, i found out. While the phone is on, press and hold the menu button for about 10 seconds then plug it into iTunes. It will put it into recovery mode and wipe everything off it, including the code. :)
